Former Time Warner CEO Endorses "Marketing to the Campus Crowd"
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, February 23, 2010 – Time Warner's former CEO, Jerry Levin, has enthusiastically endorsed Marketing to the Campus Crowd. This book has rapidly become the industry bible for college marketers as well as school administrators. While Mr. Levin has a policy of not putting his name behind titles, he couldn't help but to make an exception for David A. Morrison, the book's author and president of Twentysomething Inc.
"While I still have refrained from endorsing any book," says Time Warner's now retired CEO, "I would be pleased to make an exception in this case." Mr. Levin then went on to say that he is providing "unconditional support" to the title.
The former CEO of Time Warner made the following statement about Marketing to the Campus Crowd:
"David A. Morrison's Marketing to the Campus Crowd is even more relevant in today's challenging environment. This is a brilliant and important book, a good read and worth every penny!"
Such praise joins the sentiment of senior-level executives from Sony Music, Condé Nast, Best Buy, Upromise, Saatchi & Saatchi and General Motors.
The book's author, David A. Morrison, says he couldn't be prouder.
"It is truly special to receive an accolade from such a dominant figure in the entertainment and publishing industry. I'm deeply touched by Jerry's willingness to personally endorse my book."
Marketing to the Campus Crowd continues to be sold worldwide at major bookstores and online retailers.
